Chairman of the Board: Xiao, Huizhi
Mr. Xiao graduated from Jilin Agricultural University and is a senior agronomist with many years of experience in the food processing industry, particularly in rice processing. From 1990-2002 he was General Manager of Qianguo District Guangsha Construction Company. From 2002 to present he has served as President of Songyuan City ErMaPao Green Rice Limited.

CEO: Xu, Changqing
Mr. Xu was from August 2002 to December 2007 the CEO of food distributor Hubei Tianjian Limited, in charge of the company’ s investment plans and policies as well as management and market expansion. During this time, he worked with local agricultural universities to improve rice & grain quality and increase the production, and negotiated exclusive retail agreements in the Hubei and Hunan areas as well. Prior to joining Hubei, Mr. Xu served as COO of Shanghai Huaying Investments Limited, in charge of market planning, internal control, financing, and asset restructuring, and was a market manager and managing director of Shenzhen Fuxing Printing Company Limited, in charge of sales and promotions of its products.

CFO & Secretary of Board: Guo, Xuefeng
Mr. Guo graduated from the University of Shandong and holds an MBA degree. From January 2003 to present, he was deputy Manager of Beijing Mingtian Capital. Until December 2002, Mr. Guo was Deputy Manager of Tianlishou Medicine Factory, in Shandong.

Independent Director: Jin, Zhouzhe
Mr. Jin graduated from Yanbian Agriculture College and is an accredited senior agronomist in the Songyuan Agricultural Specialist Group of Jilin Province and has been an independent director and consultant of Songyuan ErMaPao Green Rice Co. Ltd. since 2005. Mr. Jin has been a pioneer in the field of rice breeding with several acclaimed publications and awards for his work in developing and popularizing new, high quality breeds. In addition, he has received numerous awards and honors for his leadership and outstanding achievements in science and technology. |
Independent Director: Ma, Jingyong
Mr. Ma is an agricultural specialist and researcher. Since 1970, Mr. Ma has lectured graduate students at Jilin Agricultural Academy, while also conducting research on the quality of rice grain, new varieties of rice grain, and rice grain breeding genetics. Since January 2005, Mr. Ma has been retained by the Company as a rice grain specialist and consultant. Mr. Ma has developed a variety of new species of grains which are of high quality, high production value, and high resistance to disease and blight. Mr. Ma was commended in 1998 for his outstanding contributions of young technical professionals in Jilin. |
